Going on "The Blood Sugar Solution" diet, cutting out gluten and sugar. Lost 4 lbs. so far.

Started the HCG diet on August 30 with 2 days of loading up, followed by eating only 500 or less calories per day. Got down to 174 yesterday and ate taco soup last night for dinner and gained a pound but that will come off tomorrow. Some days I don't lose any but other days I get on the scale and it registers 2 lbs. less, so I'm averaging a lb a day. Good diet to be on as it resets your hypothalamus. I'm pleased with my progress.

A smoothie for breakfast and watermelon for lunch which was yummy cause I finally got a sweet one! Can't wait to choose them out of my garden!

so hard to lose weight when your thyroid does not want to co-operate. But I'm doing my best to stay on track!
