Had a serious talk with myself today, I really need to get on with it. Lost it last week am back up to 12 st 9😭😭😭. Serves me right really.
BUT I did achieve my 100 miles running for January 🏃🏃🤣🤣, so pleased with that.

A wee bit grumpy. Went clothes shopping yesterday and looked sooooo fat in changing mirror. Was feeling a bit down in the mouth, an odd person on the fitbit group seemed to target me with crap for no reason. Do people not realise crap can be in appropriate especially when directed at you personally. I know it's me who's been silly, but feel I can vent in this group. Xxx

Avoided scales this am, knew they would be a disappointment. Trying to have a very good day today instead. Unfortunately friend cancelled run this am. Could have gone on my own but didn't, so will have to get on that treadmill shortly.
