I got new toys to play with. The past 3 weeks I've had the salad bowls, pre-made and really enjoyed them but will do my own, once I eat the last 3 I have in there.
I thought these were really neat, from Amazon, with the little dressing cup in the lid...the goodies insert is from my last store salad and a perfect fit. I figure I'll do up 4 at a time....fast and easy.
I can only stand 5-7 minutes at a time so that should work well for me...

Have been in the ditch for longer than I can remember, had a fall on June 14th, resulting in a round with Meniere's symptoms....vertigo and the like....hindering my function, driving ability and stability. I seriously need an intervention with someone in my age group....70 and up....
I am so VERY thankful....to be retired, hanging out at home by myself with Jesus...and for the gift of every day I get.

Haven't "weighed in" since May of '22....it was a rough year physically but I have high hopes for my 70th year of life. I am retired and loving it....but need to apply efforts to see positive results. Napping has become a hobby.
