I've been averaging from 141 to 143 lbs for many years before i started monitoring my calories and took action to deficit it along with exercising. I began first week of July and it went down to 137lbs. So by the third week of July when my weight is in 136 range, I discovered this helpful app fatsecret and it helped me to make it easier to monitor and see my performance if i may say. As of the moment I am still less than 6lbs away to my goal of 125lbs and hoping and praying that I will reach it by November and keep it that way come 2022...yey!
