Well I am a 26 year old mother of two! I have a beautiful daughter who will be 3 in march and a handsome son who will be 2 months old in December. I have always struggled with my weight since I was a child. I think alot of the blame may be on my parents for letting me eat and eat and eat. I have never liked to eat healthy it was always fattening meals icecream or pie aftrwards. I do not put all the blame on my parents when I was a teenager it became my fault for not correcting my eating habits. WHen Iwas 15 I lost about 85 pounds just eating as my dad served me the food. After 2 years I started my bad eating habits again. Then I met a wonderful man and had my daughter. I then went on the atkins diet I weighed in at a whopping 305 I got down to 180 in about a years time and kept it off until I found out I was pregnant last January. My son was born in October and I weighed in at 287 when he was born. I am now weighing in at 245. My goal would be about 170-175. I need to find more time to exercise of course but I am trying my second go around on atkins. I hope this will be a successful year for me.

I'm Coming Back!!
It has been sometime since Ive been up here! I am weighing in at 240. I got married in June and got an awesome job in October and I havent stopped. I feel great in my life but I have One BIG problem and I really need some answers and support. I will go to work and eat fine all week. The weekend gets here and we usually have outing to go on. I can not resist temptation. I did actually manage to join the gym and do 30 mins a day then when sunday gets here and I am done cheating I say ok next week will be different but its the same routine and for about the last 5-8 months I have just maintained lose 5lbs during the week and gain 4lbs over the weekend. How can I get motivated I am really stressing over this matter PLEASE I want to go to the beach this year and not look like a total whale any suggestions????

Constipation
Thanks for the response I may try that. I already eat a good amount of veggies tho dont want to go over my carb count.

Constipation
THis is a funny subject to get stuck talking about but with all the new people I am meeting and encouragement maybe someone is running into the same problem. I find that the only big problem I find with being on the Atkins diet is Constipation and I mean bad a week or 2 will go by and nothing. I always find myself having to take a laxative on the weekends just to make myself go. I tried flax seed and fiber pills you name it I've tried it. I finally decided to try Activia yogurt and it is awesome I have a bowel movement about everyday. I am nervous though about how this will affect my carb intake throughout the day any suggestions?

NEED HELP FOR MOTIVATION!!!
Ok I am hoping to get some positive feedback here and get myself on the right track. I have been on Takins 3 times and been successful. For about the past 3 month I have been an on and off again person. What I mean by that is that on the weekend I snack way too much and do excellent during the week. I just started a new job early July(bout time) My hours are very long and stretched out so I am working constantly M-F 9-6 with a 30 minute commute and then on Sat I work 9-4. I don't have much time for my kids let alone exercising. I can't seem to get myself into the right mindset as off getting back to Atkins the right way. I mean I feel like th first 2 times I attempted Atkins the weight just fell off but I wasn't working either and I had time to exercise. My mind for some reason just keeps saying TOMMORROW!!!! when I know that is just gonna keep leading to more weight gain and lots of depression. Is there anyone out there that feels the same? I can barely fit my clothes now and I need help some serious help. SO PLEASE comment me and let's get working together.
