Well I had a great weekend- I DID NOT OVER EAT!!!!! Usaully, I stick to my exercise plan and not my eating plan. This weekend that got flipped. I was busy with other things and didn't have time to work out (except for shooting baskets with the family on Sat). I did stick to my WW points though. I had heard that when you exercise a lot your hungrier- maybe that has been my case. I feel much better today though, more in control of my weight loss destiny!

I have had a great day today- was active and DID NOT OVER EAT!
Feeling a hungry so I am going to have a K2O ptotein drink to get me through to tomorrow.

Pretty good day overall- weather was crap. Didn't really get in exercise besides some basketball outside with the girls and hubby. I have managed to stay on track with my eating these last 2 days- let's hope I can keep it up!

Had a great day yesterday, I hope I can keep it going through the weekend. It is raining really hard so no chances of my weekend run or basketball in the drive way with the kids. I'll have to do an on demand workout and the wii fit.
