I'm slowly cutting back on my carbs and sugars an making healthier choices.
I want to get back into doing yoga and biking when ive lost some weight.
But for now my goal is 1500 Cals and 3 liters of water a day and trying my best to not eat breads/ wraps ect. I feel like my goal is very doable and I will get there in time. I have issues with emotionally eating/binging so to succeed I need to nip that in the butt. Heaviest weight:311 Goal weight:240 Wish me luck! -artc
