Really unhappy this morning. I was all excited about weigh in and all i have lost is 1lb. I have eaten totally different food to what i used to eat i have not eaten any junk food and i only lost 1lb.

Feeling ok not totally missing my old foods and snacks. Cant notice any results yet and my first weigh in is on Wednesday. Finding it hard to keep to a steady amount of calories and im not getting as much exercise as i would like to which is getting me down.

It's my day 2 of my diet. Feel better today because i have the hang of counting the calories. I want to lower my carbs and higher my protein at some point if possible. Looking forward to making some delicious dishes.
