went to Havester YESTERDAY. was really good and worked out what I wanted plus looked at the calories and stayed within my allowance. so I'm very please pleased with my self. As i cart log my meal on food entry, I,ll log it here so i know what I have eaten....

I am fed up now and bored of food i need something substantial nothing seems to be filling me up so i am finding myself snacking more than cooking.

Not great just a lb loss but its better than nothing i actually thought i had put some on this week. I cant see or feel no difference in my loss of the past 3 weeks.

had some very upsetting news last night so my diet today will suffer i have already missed breakfast and had 3 coffees. I dont really eat when i am sad or stressed out so not looking forward to cooking.
