Well today Im definitely feeling better. My weight has been dropping. Eversince I cut out those Atkins bars. There was one left in the pack so I ate it lastnight. I have 2 shakes left and Im going to have them over time. I mean I spent my money on them and they will not go to waste. Hopefully now my induction will go right and these pounds will start falling off like they did 6 years ago.

The scale actually put me just under 200. I was happy not to see that 2 in front. But lets not get too excited, that scale is always fluctuating but I would like to keep this mood so I would like to promise myself that I will not get on that scale until next sunday. Hmm we'll see.

ok today is day 20. Still feeling down. The scale is now saying that I gained weight. WTF is going on? I dont understand. I am starting to have cravings fo bread and hershey bars.I have given up the atkins bars and shakes. But still nothing. I am more frustrated than I have ever been in my life. All I think about all day is my weight and how I cant bring my leg up to my chest to put my socks on and my back and ankles hurt after only being on my feet for 5 minutes. This sucks. I wish I had money for some lypo or something.
