25 year old mother of 2. Extremely depressed and unhappy with my body. Not losing very much weight at all and I have been working my ass off. Im scared. I dont know if this is gonna work out for me. Since March 2. 2011 I have started the HCG protocol and so far to date
(March 26,2011) I have lost 16.3 pounds. I have 21 more days before p3 and Im getting discouraged. Need support and advice.

Is there a certain time I should have meals?
I have a craaaazy schedule and I mostly eat at night because I sleep most of the day and even still I mostly get cravings at night. I know its not good to eat right before bed. Eventhough I eat late, Im not really going to sleep afterward. My question is, being that Im on atkins, should I still avoid eating late or before I go to sleep?

Today is day 18 and Im still in phase 1. I bought the ketostix and the strip was totally purple which means my body is in ketosis right? Although I havent seen ANY progress. What cn Ido to ensure my weight loss. Im so desperate, I started taking the diet pill xenadrine. Somebody please help, Im ready to call it quits and stuff my face. I guess im meant to be fat forever.

having trouble with atkins
How do I get in 1500-1800 calories a day and still be 20 net carbs or less? Can someone pleeeeeeeeeeeeeeeease help me. Im struggling, weight loss not going so well.
