I cheated Sunday. I'm on track today. I know I'll probably have some bad days but I am going to stay on track 90% off the time. Has anyone heard of Garcinia Cambogia that Dr Oz is promoting? I got some... hope it helps.

Guess who made it thru the weekend? ME! I did so good on my eating. Now I did drink a little Saturday night but it was just pure Vodka chased with Sprite Zero so that's not too bad. You've got to have a little fun now and then right? I'm about 8 pounds down so far. Going to keep it up. My tummy already feels flatter. Planning to work out after work today - actually do it this time. :)

Let's see this is day 3. I am doing well because my mind is made up that I will do this and succeed but I have had alot of temptations over the past 3 days. I have been asked to go each Chinese Buffet and the past two days we have had someone cater in Roma's Italian food into the office. I love their rolls by the way, they are to die for. I have resisted it all and ate clean and low carb. I have already lost about 5 pounds, probably water but I don't want to record just yet. I am going to try and record weekly. I want to be able to see my progress week to week.
Here comes the weekend. I know it will be hard but I can do it!

Starting over today. So many starting overs but I really want to make this one a success. I'm going to go pick up all the foods I need on my lunch hour.
I brought my elliptical machine to work today. My office is big enough to stash it here and I think I will get more use out of it up here than I did at home.
My computer background is my before and after picture from when I lost 70 pounds a few years ago. I've got my mp3 set to motivational music. LOL I have set the mood for weight loss. ;)
