Yes! I'm 192 pounds! I was struggling getting under 193 for maybe like a week or two but now I finally did it! Next goal is to reach 190. I'll probably be able to achieve that goal someday next week. I was 228 pounds a year or two ago. I've lost a total of 36 pounds so far.
Here's a tip: Get undressed before you step on the scale and always weigh yourself after you go to the bathroom. If you do, the numbers on your scale should be accurate. The next part is pretty obvious. Always weigh yourself before you eat.
