I'm 195 pounds today! I'm hoping to be 190 pounds by the end of next week. I've decided that I'm going to give myself a reward every time I lose 10 pounds...
When I reach 190 pounds, I want to go to San Francisco for Dim Sum for lunch at Wing Lee Bakery. (SF is only 32 miles away from me)...
When I reach 180 pounds, I want to get a manicure...
When I reach 170 pounds, I want to get a pedicure...
When I reach 160 pounds, I want to get a massage.
And finally, when I get down to 150 pounds (my goal) I want to get new hair extensions, new clothes of course, new shoes, and new make-up!

Hello all! Happy Friday!
Today I had some curry chicken for lunch but decided to skip dinner. I also had one bottled Starbucks mocha frappuccino. I got a pack of them to last the rest of next week. I haven't smoked cigarettes for 3 and a half months and I'm really impressed with myself for following through with it. I also quit drinking a few years ago...

It's the first of May! Goodbye April!
These past few months I've just been fluctuating and haven't made much progress, but I'm feeling very confident about turning things around this month. I'm 197 pounds. Within a few days or a week I'll be back down to 195 pounds! After I reach 195, I've got 5 more pounds to go until I'm 190 pounds!!! By the end of the month I bet I'll be 185 pounds or even lower. I can't believe I'm actually turning my dreams into reality. Dreams do come true! Miracles happen! This is something I've been wanting to do since 2014. I got this! May is totally my month to shine!
