Yay! 190! I was supposed to wait til Saturday or Sunday to weigh myself but just couldn't wait. Next week I'll be in the 180s! 38 pounds down and 40 to go!

Feeling really good about today. Been managing to keep my calories under 1,000 a day. Today I had some barbecued chicken with ranch, a couple cups of milk, a diet soda, and some water. Planning on weighing myself by the end of the week on Saturday or Sunday. I really hope I'll be atleast 190 pounds. I'm hoping for the best! I want to get my reward (I reward myself for every 10 pounds I lose). Wish me luck! Goodnight

I have a love/hate relationship with food. I love it because it tastes great and makes me feel good. I hate it because food is the reason that I'm overweight...

Food is one of the best things in life, right? So when you give up and sacrifice food from time to time, this means you are truly committed. You are willing to give up one of the greatest things (food) to reach your goal, and that means you are dedicated and passionate about what you are doing...
