been going to gym every day and playing some squash (we really just volley the ball to each other but still work up a sweat) with my brother then going for a swim , 3 days swimming 1km and 4 days swimming 500m.
been having healthy breakfast and decent dinners , but snacking unfrotunately in between but hey its going down

Went on holiday for a few months didnt really stick to my diet or exercise program but getting back into it now!

Swimming in the mornings is working out great for me!
When I started I could only manage 500m , but now I'm up to 1.5 km!
It's a hell of a workout but its fun! I can't wait to see my weight tomorrow at the herbalife weightloss challenge!
It should be remarkable!

So I have been working really hard this last week to lose weight , not with food ( I ate quite a bit more than I intended at times but it was not excessive) but with exercise. I joined a local gym to use there swimming pool and my brother has been helping me by going with me and swimming 1km every day. It was tough at first but it's gotten a lot easier now and I'm really enjoying , who doesn't like to splash around in a pool for an hour ? :)
Anyway, I cant wait to weigh myself on Thursday and check my loss, it should be higher than normal, really excited for it!

entered my start date in wrong , i joined a local herbalife weightloss challenge so im going to use their scales , which seem to show differently to mine which is fine :)
Also they take measurements so im gonna put those up aswell!
