moved to england and fell of the band wagon completely! but i am now back on it and back into my herbalife with 2 shakes a day and my vegetarian meals at night. Time to kick this weight for good, no more messing about!

So my diet has been going really well , still doing 2 shakes a day with a few protein bars or some soups at snack times.
As for gym been playing squash everyday and also today i started swimming again so its going great :) hoping i keep it up :)

So there was alot of old crap on the graph from my last failure to lose weight , and im feeling really good about these herbalife products and this diet , so im restarting my diet so i can see a better weight loss graph and suchlike :)
Things are going really well , havent been swimming in a while but been playing squash everyday , my brother is allowed to swim again from tomorrow so from then i will be doing swimming and squash again :D more calorie burn oh yeah!
anyway hope everyones diets are going as amazingly as mine!

Doing great on the herbalife diet, 2 shakes a day 1 meal at night, and a few herbalife snacks during the day like a protein bar or some tomato soup!
Think im doing well :)
