I have a question for everyone.
having support of your family! It is much easier if they are supportive, meaning no complaints when you veto takeout once in a while or won't buy that high-fat ice cream they want. An even bigger plus? Having someone do the whole thing with you; I can't tell you how nice it is that my husband is also on WW. I don't have the peer pressure of overindulging the way I used to!

ok. you should be about at 25 points. And remember, every time you drop 10 lbs, drop a point. So when you hit 160, it will be 24 points.

It totally depends on you. It is different for every person. It has to do with your weight, age, gender, height, and activity level. If you weigh 170 and are female, that's 18 points right there. Unless you are really tall or short, add 1 for height, that makes 19, so if you are only allowed 21 points I have to assume you are more mature (60+) and have a completely sedentary lifestyle. If not, I would more accurately say you are between 24-28 points. And don't forget you weekly 35 allowance points!!

Favourite Films-Dare you to give a sentence review!
Ink- A beautiful yet unflinching look at the world of dreams and nightmares that exists while we are asleep, and the light and darkness that battle to stay in perpetual balance within us all.
The Crow: In a world where the only mercy is the silencing of a cacophonous din by one's poison of choice, redemption born of fire creates a hunger for vengeance which can never be quelled.
Hedwig and the Angry Inch-Sometimes the only way to escape is to leave part of yourself behind; only then can you search for the part of you that is really missing.
Singles-It's hard to know what love is when the very undercurrent of your world is ambiguity; in the 90s, this ambiguity is known as: Being Single.
Songs for Cassavettes- As a director, John Cassavettes tried to give an honest face to real and sometimes difficult subjects, and this documentary of the early 90s independent rock scene does just that: shows the intensity, frankness, frustration, humor and ultimate genius of some of the earliest and most influential artists to ever stagger through the alleyways of Seattle, Olympia, and Portland.
Excess Baggage- What happens when a little rich girl yearning for daddy's love stages her own kidnapping and in the process gets inadvertently stolen by a carjacker is nothing short of hilarious and disarming, with a touch of smoldering sexiness as provided by Benicio del Toro.
and just cause it deserves it:
All Dogs Go To Heaven: The last of the true animated movies geared at both kids and adults, ADGTH is a wonderful portrait of a decent guy-scuse me-dog torn between doing what's right and doing what he always does-survive; in the end, all dogs do go to heaven, just as all people have the capability to transcend the darkness around them when inspired by the pure love of a child.
ok, done now
