I have a part time desk job (6 hours a day 5 days a week), four kids ages 12-19, and am turning 41 in a few days. I have shoulder and knee problems that I have let dictate my exercise level. This past year I have gained 30 pounds. I have to shed it. I love to cook and bake so it will be a lifestyle change not just a diet I will have to commit to. An additional hurdle will be cutting back the fast food we eat when one of our four has a game at dinner time---which is always.
