is there any tip to enjoy jogging?
Yes!!!
1. find a local 5 k race and sign up, race day is such a fun event, the crowd cheering you on like you are a winner!! I love runners they are awesome.
2. find someone that loves it already and try to catch their fever.
3. Try training with a runner that is pretty evenly matched with your own skill level
4. run with a purpose, head out with a reasonable time goal or distance goal. Don't set your self up for defeat don't try to run 3 if you've never even done 1.
5. don't be ashamed of a run/walk training program, run for a minute walk for a minute or whatever!!
6. running is awesome, its a great way to manage your weight and over all fitness.
7. be safe and have fun.
