Divorced mother of 3. Been overweight to some extent since I was 9 although at 20 joined Pineapple Gym in London and got down to 110 lbs.
Put on loads of weight once I got married, more when I had my children.
Would periodically lose some weight then end up putting this plus more back on!
Recently inspired to change my philosophy with the GI diet.
One child at University, second set to start in September leaving my 14 year old and I on our own.
She is an elite netball player but having got injured could also do with losing a little weight in a healthy manner, so GI should set her on the right track for life without becoming dietcentric!x
