So today ended up being pretty rough. I made the HUGE mistake of eating way too little protein and ended up starving half way to death, even tho my calories were right on point. I almost binged after dinner. I scarfed down my tuna sandwich so fast i didnt even taste it, then ALMOST went straigh for the pasta on my sons plate... i controled myself tho, thank goodness! I now realize just how important protein at breakfast is!! Back to eggs and toast.
Also, an old friend of mine is selling/promoting Advocare products and absolutley swears by it, after all, she lost 35 pounds in about 3 months using their products. I'm not really into 'cheating', but i would really appreciate the boost, i'm thinking about ordering a few things, they only come in 2 week supplies (and are freaking outrageously expensive!) so i guess it cant hurt to give it a shot.
well thats all for now folks, keep your fingers crossed that my weigh in tomorrow is ANYTHING below 136. :)

I have been making really great choices the last few days, i just passed up a bowl full of fun size candies to have half a serving of almonds. :)
But I am STILL stuck at 136. Yup, somewhere in the middle of all of my fun having this summer i've gained weight, and its STUCK. I know, whooptie freakin doo, its like a pound, but with hawaii 14 weeks away and 10-15 pounds to lose, time is of the essence people!
I decided i'm weighing in tomorrow, no matter what the weight is. It doesnt look like i'll be anywhere near 134 tho.

This last week has been .... trying. Summer is in full swing, and the last thing i want to be doing is dieting.
I've been having a hard time staying focused at work too. I reeaaaally just want to stay home with the kiddo and do fun outdoorsy things. Work SUCKS!!
But, diet-wise i'm doing my best. I got my cravings and impulse eating under control, and relearned how to listen to my hunger signals. Only eating when i'm hungry and stopping before i feel 'full'. I havent lost any weight yet, but i'm definitley on the right track. I'm watching my calories closely and as painful as it is to cut out extras (like cheese!), at this point i need to make every calorie count.
Alright, i'm off to bed. nighty night. :P

So last weekend was my birthday, and i ate like a frat boy, Saturday thru Monday.
I will definitley never be bikini ready eating like that! LOL
But with my birthday weekend behind me and Hawaii 15 weeks in front of me, i'm ready to clean it up. I've been eating well all week and kicking ass at the gym. If i can keep this up i think i just might be able to pull off losing the last 10 lbs. MAYBE.
And if i dont, so what. I'll be in Hawaii with my bestfriend and my husband, what more could a girl want?!
Still would be nice to flaunt a bikini on the beach tho... :P
