I can't say I've stopped eating sweets/junk food all together but I am happy with the limited amount I am eating. I can't believe I've made it to a point where I can keep chocolate covered bananas in my freezer and not want to eat the entire box. It feels nice to have some control. Last night I thought I would treat myself to Brookside chocolates, since I really hadn't eaten enough for the day anyway. Let me tell you, I had the worst stomach ache and have not had the most wonderful bathroom experience this morning haha. (Sorry for the info). I guess my body is even starting to reject the junk (yay!). I haven't been weighing in, and I really don't see a change in my body but I feel so much better - about myself and my choices. So that might be good enough for me right now. And who knows, maybe change takes a little longer than expected and when I do weigh-in I'll be pleasantly surprised.

Still working hard and loving having these challenges. I've slipped a few times on the chocolate BUT I have to say it's been much better than before. Hopefully this will become habit and much easier to continue in the future. Also school and internship started up again so it makes it a little easier to walk away from food (as I have no choice but to run everywhere with how busy I've become). Packing lunches and dinners helps eliminate any snacking or 'options' outside of my planned diet. Hope everyone has a great day!

Finally starting to see a bit of what I looked like before spring break. Remind me how long this de-bloating process has been when I leave for my cousins wedding in a few weeks. Also, went to Aldi's for a shopping trip and got so much produce for only 8 dollars! I love that, that has become an exciting accomplishment. I hope everyone's having a great week!

Got home tonight and ate quite a bit... I know I should just go to bed but staying up late and snacking sounded so much better. At least I didn't go out and buy anything which means the snacks were by far not that worst things I could be eating. Hopefully tomorrow will, again, be better. "Don't try to be perfect. Just try to be better than you were yesterday."

I decided to weigh myself today (because it's all a part of the process. If I gained, I needed to be aware that my actions would have repercussions) But it turns out I went the other way (I'm not sure exactly how). I'm hoping it's not a decrease in muscle or it'll all be back soon. This is always the weight I get stuck on - I really, really want to see a 120something on the scale. I'm hoping this time will finally be that moment.
I'll be posting my food diary later. And thank you all for your support and tips, I know I wouldn't be at this point without you! :)
