Parent's came for a surprise visit. Which made eating a bit complicated. I feel pretty good about the portions and what I chose - stuck decently close to my new lifestyle ideas. Tomorrow will be another challenge in the eating out department, and they're taking me grocery shopping (how will I explain what I'm doing).
Today:
930 - Interval Training
1100 - Pear and Kashi Bar
230 - PB Banana Sandwich
600 - 2 Angry Orchard Bottles
830 - Eggplant Parm and Whole Wheat Pasta (without the cheese)
930 - Mixed Berry Tart (split it with Dad)
1100 - Soy Cookie Dough Ice Cream
Total: 1950

Had to weigh-in a day early due to tomorrow's very busy schedule. Very pleasantly surprised to see a drop. I needed this so much. I hope it will continue in this direction as I've been hovering here for what feels like forever.
Also, I'd like to just say how excited I am about a book I just read - Skinny Bitch. It has completely changed my outlook on 'diets' and what food does to your body. I'm excited to try this and see where it takes me. I'm hoping going home for a week won't leave me forgetting this enthusiasm.
Today:

1130 - Kashi Cereal
230 - Veggie Stir Fry
400 - Pineapple and Cantaloupe
900 - PB Banana Sandwich and two cookies

I really can't say how much I enjoyed the support I received on my last entry. Thank you for all the comments. Thankfully I only have one more week of grad classes then a 3 week break. I picked up a book I've been wanting to read tonight instead of some popcorn or chocolate. Thank you again!

Tried to have a smoothie this morning for breakfast but it didn't go so well. Definitely need something a bit more filling. Hoping that I'll be able to get my night eating in check again. It's slowly crept back to how it was and now I'm nervous I'll begin binging again. School has been so stressful and I know I'm relying on eating to calm myself.
Today:
930 - Spinning
1100 - Orange Strawberry smoothie
100 - PB Banana Sandwich
400 - Apple
500 - Mixed Nuts
630 - Veggie Stir Fry and chocolates
700 - Reeses Pieces
900 - Cantaloupe and Pineapple and a Granola Bar
1030 - Kashi Cereal
Total: 1870 (I'm currently eating to maintain, which is not what I want. Any tips you all have? You're all so close to your goal weight and I can't seem to manage my diet appropriately. Thanks.)

Still really bloated from this weekend and didn't eat perfectly today. I wonder how long this will take to pass out of my system, it feels like I'm carrying an extra 5lbs on my belly.
Today:
1000 - Homemade Apple Oatmeal
1230 - Veggie Stir Fry
330 - Mango and Mixed Nuts
830 - PB Banana Sandwich and a Peach
1100 - Chocolate
Total: 1600 (Didn't work out today so that's the real total. I think it's still within reasonable limits but this extra bloat just makes me feel bad. Ugh, come on body, get it out.)
