Weightloss/Excercise helpful hints or idea
In high school I used to try to gain weight. When I was married in 1992 I wore a size 1 in wedding dress. Since having my children which are now 21 & 16 I cannot seem to lose weight. I went to a weight loss clinic 5 years ago & lost some but after a few years & divorce I couldn't afford it. In the last year I have gained over 50 lbs & have not changed my diet or lifestyle. I know alot of it has been age. I signed up for a weightloss challenge in Jan 2014 & went back to the weightloss clinic & seems to be a waste of money. The first month I tried so hard with changing my diet & lost 2 lbs. I decided to see if watching my food intake even made a difference & the second month I lost 2 lbs also so obviously I am doing something wrong. I am on weight loss supplements, insulin resistant, taking 2400 mg of fish oil daily, 2000 Vitamin D3, take chromium morning & night. My thyroid has been tested & is fine. I have increased my water in take this month to see if that will help. I am consuming over 100 oz daily. I work at home so I am at a desk job daily for at least 8 hours. I have never enjoyed excercising but trying to come up with a plan that will work & not be boring. I do not care to go to the gym. Any ideas would be appreciated.
