I'm really struggling with the number of calories I need to be consuming. For the last year I've programed myself to have 1400-1600 calories a day. However, now that I'm starting up the P90x program (plus training for a 25K) they suggest going up to 2000 calories! That's a lot! I'm afraid I'm going to gain weight. I'm wanting to be more lean... how do a create a deficit if I'm eating all the calories I'm burning???
