As far as my challenge goes, I have had a salad for lunch for 3 days now: a big bowl of mixed greens, grape tomatoes, and roast tomato dressing. Went to the store and got some cucumbers and sweet peppers to add.
Still going strong on the water.

Day #14 (22nd): 7 Minute Jog, 8 Minute Fast-Walk; 1 Hour Belly Dance
Day #15 (23rd): 10 Lunges, 60 Jumping Jacks; 1 1/2 Hour Belly Dance
Day #16 (24th): Break Day
Day #17 (25th): 20 Leg Lifts, 10 Toe Touches
Day #18 (26th): 15 Toe Touches, 5 Minute Jog
Drinking lots of water, don't even want soda or sweet tea any more, but not giving up the coffee.
