was able to head to curves with my sister for 3 days which really helped keep me on track! plus when I went for a babysitting gig in the Hills... the family had a HUGE home gym. So I worked out every evening after a swim with kids, it was awesome. eating.... ehh prob not amazing but not horrible either. oh wait except for the two cupcakes I ate yesterday. But we were celebrating my sis birthday and went out to Sprinkles in Beverly Hills. Plus I ate one around 11:30am and the other at 3pm.... so at least it wasnt in one sitting haha.

spending the whole week with my sis,luckily i can tag along to Curves with her.
Really trying to be good but its hard when you are away from home

Visitin my aunt and luckily shes a health nut and we are eating light meals and great snacks. I wish I had someone living with me who had goals too... here helps though haha =)
