I used to play sports in University but since have stopped the hardcore workouts and continued with the bulking diet. I am hoping to lose enough weight so that I can share my love of sports with my soon to arrive children.

Food Dehydrators to Keep in Protein
Hello everyone, I would like to start off by thanking you all for your support even if it is not direct. Just knowing that there is such a vibrant community to help you is amazing
I am going to be changing my diet soon, after getting my fat percentage down I will be trying to up my muscle mass so I need to up my protein count. I am hoping that I can ease myself into it, and I thought that a good way to do that would be to dry my own jerky/biltong. If done right and with proper cuts of meat, jerky can have a very high protein count and a low fat count.
Has anyone here tried something similar, or even with just dehydrated fruits/veggies? I am right now looking for recommendations on some good food dehydrators and where to get them online if possible. Thanks in advance all you wonderful people.
So after talking with some people in private message I found a website that has private sales of used food dehydrators and found someone selling an Excalibur food dehydrator for a great price on
http://www.for-sale.co.uk/food-dehydrator.
It is now sitting in my kitchen with the first batch of jerky inside and I am patiently waiting. Wish me luck!

Try a Chiropractor
When I was younger my chiro was a lifesaver. He saw me everyday when I dislocated my knee, and the first day he said there was a tear in the cartilage. The doctors didn't notice until over a year later (enough time for a university to rescind their scholarship offer) and that probably sent me into the spiral I started climbing out of six months ago. If they had listened to him it would have been fine.
