I haven't done well and am presently in a bad state, out-of-control eating, especially sweet gooey desserts and chips in between meals. It's 5PM and I want to start now so that tomorrow I can awake with a fresh start and free mind. Tonight I'd like to plan some 400-calorie meals and shop for the food to have it on hand. I've been eating out a lot (mostly alone) and ordering in food, none of it very healthy.

yikes, cravings to eat at tail end of the night and I've already consumed my day's calories. Reaching for my computer to report myself to you guys actually helps... it waylays the cravings, giving me a moment to take a deep breath and feel good about having one full day "in bounds" without eating all that excess food. Good!
