Ugh I started with great intentions, tons of veggies and chicken -- unknown to me, a local Restaurant (Harry's Seafood and Grill) catered our lunch as a free gift to employees. I kept the portions small but the paste chicken luisiana (with cream sauce!!) is definitely calorie heavy, as did the soda I ended up having today. Must do better tomorrow! Ah well, at least it helped ease in Monday.

Happy Monday, all! Here's to starting a new week!
I started with a little bit of chocolate with my latte this morning, but I also brought a ridiculous amount of veggies to eat all day, so I'm excusing myself. =)

I'm happy! Was worried with the week of sneaking in some pizza, a bad day Tuesday, and indulging in some chocolates. However, I finally got in my October goal of reaching the 170's. I was hoping for 179, so 177.8 was an even bigger surprise!! :)
No one can tell I've lost weight yet other than my parents. Starting my 8th week it's a total of 14 lbs. I explained to my friend that the weight seems to be coming off in different spots. A little in my face, some of my shoulders of all strange places, a little in the arms, and the stomach. I think since it's coming off in different spots, it's not noticable to others yet --- but perhaps coming from different sections may be even better since it's not all in one spot?

My co-worker gave me chocolate dove hearts and mints yesterday, and now my other co-worker has given me some halloween candy. After I finish sucking on this Tootsie Pop, I really need to stop lol
They are such bad influences :D
