I got fat again! Lost a ton of weight, looked amazing, felt amazing. In the last 6 months i have gained 33 lbs. YEAH WOW, from 167 to 200. Well, now I'm ready to get back on down around the low 170's and look lean and mean.

This is easy, so easy.
Losing weight really is this easy, I did it once, I did it twice... Heck, I've done it 5-6 times.. You know what happened every time I maintained a reasonable diet and worked out? I lost weight, there is no "I hope this works", it will work. I(you) just need to do it! No excuses, the end result is always the one we want. No more worrying about whether or not the belly will disappear... I control whether or not it will or will not happen, I will make it happen.

Best Fiber Supplement?
You said your laying off bread.. or is that carbs in general. Natures Own Double Fiber Wheat bread has 8 carbs per slice and 7 grams of fiber per slice. Not a bad tradeoff Smile
