Just over 50% of the way there. 🥳
I was looking at the stats this morning and my fat loss is just under 7kg so far. I have been carting around a bag of dog food or pocket of potatoes in pure fat! 🤯
Imagine going for a run or doing CrossFit while carrying a pocket of potatoes. No wonder I was dying each time I skipped for a week.

Chipping away at it, one day at a time.
I haven’t been great with tracking food, but (apart from Mother’s Day weekend, which was a planned cheat), I have been sticking to it. I have been getting the CrossFit done, but daily steps and water intake need some intentional focus. Aiming for improvement 💪🏼

Jeans that were fitting tightly are starting to hang and become baggy. Slowly starting to dip into the pre-kids clothes archive and that feels good.
