quiting smoking=9kg. in 30days
glad i bumped into this
... quit or trying to quit smoking .. almost 2 months now ...
its insanane for me ... i gained so much weight , my fault in a way , ate all the wrong things sugary stuff n garbage foods ... trying to change my smoking habit ... i was trying to get my weight down before i quit smoking , and was down to 160lbs , now im up to 231lbs ... can you beleive it , i cant ... but im back mon TRYING to get the weight off again ... lentil cookies anyone , smile . oh , i have emphesema ... so excercising is a tad tough .. but im trying ... ill get there , i have a pedometer to keep me honest ... this is a GREAT site to keep tabs on everything ... good luck everyone with weight n cigs

excercise thingy is a pain ... help
I cant seem to get the excercise thing to work or DELETE the darn thing so i can re start or re try
i pressed cancel lots of times still keeps the same numbers in excercise grrrrr !!!!
had the same problem in the other diet site
someone explain this to me please !!!
i saw ... use the default thing already
my excercise is not always the same
wood one day , gardening the next , moving rocks the next, ect ect ...
Im NOT totally computer dumb !!!
but for some reason i cant get this AT ALL !!!!!
maybe i need to eat more food ... jk ...lol
