I need some help
Good Morning Persistence, Reading what you wrote, was like listening to my GP and Foot Doctor. Everything is still somewhat out of balance. Until my GP found out that I had a serious foot and ankle problem, I went for test after test and the results would all come back negative...My nerves were shot,when you know something is wrong and no test shows there is a problem, boy...oh boy,Then after my ankle totally went out, they then found out why I was having pain elsewhere. Without prescription orthodtics, I can't hardly walk, with them I can make it ok.......And now with this problem, weight loss is a must.

I need some help
Paged doctor last night, talked to him about swimming. He stated swimming and stationary bike would probably be good. I guess I will try both.

I need some help
The disability I have does not allow me to stand on my feet for a long period of time.(over 15-20 minutes every hour) When I stand for longer periods of time my feet swell, not from fluid , but the tissue,in the feet.(Then I have to say off my feet for a day or more till the pain and swelling goes away).Have to take steroids, They cause weight gain.
Never knew a persons feet can make ones whole body hurt, these last 15 months have shown me.
I am only 51, and want to know if anyone knows exercises that can help me get rid of some of this excess weight?
