I agree, I haven't eliminated some foods so much as reduced them or have them once a month instead of once a week or every day. As my dh says: "eat what you always eat just not as much" ...

Hello all
I do the same, like if the measurements say 1 Tablespoon, and I only had 1 tsp ( eg the amounts for Nutella) i used 1/3 or .33 of 1 TSP.
