Getting back on track- scrambled eggs with onions and peppers, avocado, gluten free brown rice toast with apricot fruit spread, and green tea with mint.

No surprise. I’m doubtful I’ll hit my goal of 178 by lbs by 8/31/2020, but the marathon continues. Going walking in the rain now⭐️

Yesterday I walked my 5+ miles after being down and unable to walk for 10 days. My stomach has settled and I’m not feeling as weak. My endocrinologist called today and told me I can remain at 1500 mg of Metformin daily AND my hemoglobin A1c went down from 5.9 to 5.2. I’m happy!

I haven’t walked in 2 days. My Metformin was increased by 500mg and it’s making me feel so sick and weak, plus it’s that time of the month. I’m not on target with my water intake and my food choices could be better. Hoping to get on track next week.
