I feel good today besides that I am hungry. I'm also a little confused about the whole calorie deficit thing. Do I need to burn off ALL of the calories I consume by exercising? I mean if i have a bite of jerky do I need to go running again? :/

It felt great to eat so healthy today. I can't wait to get up tomorrow and run again and eat healthy...AGAIN! 19 more days before I weigh in. Shouldn't be too hard. Have to abstain from all those cookies and chips downstairs.

I've been trying to get more active since the start of the new year, but keep getting tired of it and don't stick with the exercise. Today, I pushed myself and did more than I have been, and have implemented my lo-fat, lo-cal diet. I feel really good so far, and won't weigh myself for 20 days starting now.
