Do you have any Sugar Alcohols, like maltitol? It can cause a similar feeling. But the gluten ideas are likely as well. I know a person how developed/discovered a gluten allergy on the BFC since several of the products she used suddenly had xanthem gum in them.

Fat/Protien/Carb intake?
Hi! on the belly fat cure you only need to track Sugar and Carbs. You need to keep Sugar to 5g and under per meal and 15g for the whole day. Carbs are a little more complicated. Drink Suggestions
I gave up a huge Coke Zero habit. My advice is go cold turkey. I make iced tea for the daytime and hot tea on cold nights instead. At first Id put lemon in it or any water I drank, but not any more. I dont use a sweetener in the my teas now, in the beginning I did a little bit.

Some of the sweeteners Jorge says are dangerous (see the book Excitotoxins), but Splenda messes with your digestive system and keeps it from working correctly and eliminating waste properly. Also, keeping the artificial sweeteners around trick you into wanting sugar and expecting everything to taste sweeter.
