I'm glad the Easter Holiday is over, I was off for 4 days - and I mean "off" everything! I did walk a bit, but had some jelly beans, big dinner, wine! I'm back to reality today and ready to get back on track. I enjoyed myself and now it's over!!!!

I did good this weekend, walked Friday night - 2 miles with my sister - no Happy Hour and got up early on Saturday morning and walked another 2 miles - walked around the mall too - felt really good about myself - looking forward to another week of walking - thank God for my sister - she keeps me moving!!!!!!!!!

Today is my 4th day of trying to eat low carb and stay in Point Range - so far so good. Not missing my baked chips yet! I walked 4 miles with my sister this week - and we'll walk 2 more on Friday night and 2 on Saturday morning. I don't do too great with the water drinking!! I guess I drink around 32 oz. a day - when the weather gets warmer and I'm hot - I'll do better!

OK, I've figured out how to journal!!!! I have not been able to focus, no excuse! This is 10 weeks of what I call my "awareness" program. I am trying weight watchers on my own - and just trying to be aware of what I eat/drink. I am writing it down but still not motivated!!! I have lost around 5lbs so far! This week I am trying to eat low carb - I'll take any suggestions you guys have!! THanks!
