When I started my new meal an my dietician told me that I should not use coconut oil because any oils or fats which solidify at room temperature is pure cholesterol. This article posted shows that coconut oil consists of 82% saturated fatty acids which increases the LDL (Bad Cholesterol) and makes you more susceptible to heart disease.

Just had a terribly disappointing toasted Chiken mayo for lunch. The ingredients were fine but the toaster sucked so the bread didn't actually toast so the flavor was just slightly off. Next time I'll just use the regular toaster. 😕
