When I started my new meal an my dietician told me that I should not use coconut oil because any oils or fats which solidify at room temperature is pure cholesterol. This article posted shows that coconut oil consists of 82% saturated fatty acids which increases the LDL (Bad Cholesterol) and makes you more susceptible to heart disease.
