these couple of weeks I allowed myself to have some caffeine and sugarery products. I can definitely tell when I choose to have both things. I've learned after a few weeks of repeating the same thing every day and maybe up to a month or so you begin to crave items and it's best to take a bite and walk away...I'm feeling better less pain medications. I'm still increasing my time on the elliptical I'm up to 7 minutes 3 times a week.
this past week my nephew and I rented a tandem kayak for 2 hours then the next day we hiked for about an hour. the week before I was busy every evening with VBS taking videos and pictures.
my goal this week is still work on my water intake and not drink caffeine and eat processed sugarery foods.

I was detoxing so bad yesterday I had to reweight myself this morning. WOW!!! I'm impressed with myself. I managed to do 5 minutes on the elliptical yesterday. I will do the same for this whole week. kept my calories at 1725 and went over on my sugar in take but it was fruit oriented. And i need to work on my fat intake again. its all about baby steps each and every moment of the day. so I don't feel so bad. got all my water in and ate sensibly. Thanks for listening.

I'm okay with these numbers. yesterday was a pasta bread and potato day in regards to a luncheon. I did eat my portions and veggies..proud of my self on not eating the desserts since I'm not eating much sugarery items. my measurements looked good today areas of my body decreased as others increased but this week it my change for the better that now I have my elliptical I order is all set up to start my cardio and physical therapy on my knee hips and back.

started my day with a migraine been off most sugars for 4 days. can't just cold turkey my sugarery snacks on Saturday and Sunday nights.
ate my orange dark chocolate bar and got into some chips and dip, I only ate a handful with little dip normally eat all of it. kicked the cravings
