Well I am up 13 pounds. But that is actually really good. Living in Africa and then coming for three months to America I usually go back to Africa having gained 25 to 40 pounds. SO I still have a month to go in America and gained a little over 13 pounds. S my goal is to go back to Africa having only gained about five pounds.. SO let's see if I can lose 8 in the next few weeks. I am not discouraged though. I have been trying to make good decisions. Though having ice cream all around me in America is a bit difficult but I have stayed away from processed foods and fast foods I have had some junk food but not too bad, at least not as bad as all the other times when I got back from Africa.
