Weight was never an issue for me but the last couple of years the pounds have been slowly creeping on. I currently weigh the same as when I was 9 months pregnant with my second child (16 years ago). I am very active; I am currently training for a 1/2 Marathon, but my activity level seems to make me more hungry. I actually gained 3 lbs. while training and I had to work hard to take off those 3 lbs. I've turned to Weight Watchers because I realize I can no longer eat whatever and whenever I want without gaining weight. I need to learn to make better choices and Weight Watchers is a good start!

Points Question Plese Help
It dependson your age/weight/activity level. At 145 lbs., moderate activity level, under 50 years old is 20 points per week. If you are under 30 yrs. old, it is approximately 22 points per week.
