Woo weighed today and I'm back where I was last Sunday :) So I think I weigh in on Sunday to see if I can get a loss.
My muscles are so sore after S+C yesterday, mainly my bum and my thighs. Being a rider they focus of those area so much... I don't think they realise a lot of it is core... but I'm not going to point that out because I already so HIIT core so I think I'd just die if they focused on it too.
Feeling good as I had my last meal at 5 and just didn't eat after that because I wasn't hungry at all. Putting me in a good mood for today!

Hi guys :) Feeling better about my waist line today, going to try and get back to where I was by Sunday which should be doable. I think it may have been down to a bit of mother nature being a bit mean to me. Nevertheless I am determined to get record a loss next week. After my dissertation is in I can actually concentrate a little bit more on my health and fitness.
Going home in two weeks so I need to be under 10st so I feel better on my Lucky (mum's pony). Excited!!

Hi guys, managed to get an extension on my dissertation because my advisor is so useless. Feeling better, slightly less stressed so hopefully stress eating won't be a thing. I've given myself a little pep talk this morning so that I make sure that I make the best decisions possible. Cutting back on carbs today considering the sheer amount I've had over the last few days. Still going strong on the no processed sugar thing though so at least there's that :P

Hi guys, mega stressed about dissertation which has caused my to stress eat. I've been mindlessly eating all day!! I am determined to be better tomorrow. I'm certain that it's something to do with not writing in my journal for the last couple of days. I obviously need you guys to motivate me.
Just requested an extension for my dissertation because my advisor still hasn't got back to me yet and the deadline is Thursday!!
Oh well S+C tomorrow that will get me back on track hopefully.

Lost weight after my pizza express! How good is that!? Feeling great. I'm positive for this weekend Ryan hasbeen good in trying not to encourage me to snack. Looking forward to making lasagne tonight. Making itwith Turkey and lots of veg.
