Hey guys, scale still moving in the right direction. However I'm getting slightly concerned... Looking back at what I've eaten over the last few days, I feel like I'm either compensating for the fact Ryan is up the weekend or I'm on the verge of crash dieting. I don't get it because I don't feel overly hungry and my cravings are under control. The only thing that worries me is that I'm probably losing muscle and water rather than fat and with all the working out I've been doing I really don't want to be losing muscle. Does anyone have any suggestions? I'm honestly just eating when I'm hungry but making sure that I actually am hungry before I do. I don't want to be eating a diet that's unsustainable I just want to eat healthily :/ thanks for reading guys x

Woo, down again! Feeling good, I was going to wait until tomorrow to record but I've got strength and conditioning today and I think that I will retain some water...
I'm now starting my lab report, last piece of coursework before easter XD It has to be 12 pages :O oh well. I think I can I think I can.
Watched a documentary on metabolism yesterday and some of the stuff in it is amazing. Insulin blocks leptin to the brain so you don't feel full and injecting insulin not only lays down more fat but it makes your more hungry... It's a shame that it's a necessity for diabetics really :(

So... after our Sunday meal I didn't gain any weight, I didn't lose any but that's hardly to be expected. Especially since I usually stop eating around 6 and we didn't even start eating until like quarter past 7. Also I did literally no exercise yesterday, I was sat at my desk all day trying to crank out this dissertation. Deadline is today so tomorrow I will be a happy camper. But then I'll remember I have a lab report to write... Oh well.
Today I'm going to go for a run after I've submitted my dissertation, so I can utilise the adrenaline :P hopefully a loss tomorrow. Fingers crossed XD

So I'm down a bit from yesterday but not a huge amount... I think I'm going to save my recording until a bit later. Mainly because my muscles are so sore from max F fitness yesterday and I have a feeling that I'm retaining water from it... hopefully that means that I will see a loss again tomorrow. We'll see won't we :P

XD back down to my recorded weight so hopefully after my fitness class today and eating light I will be able to record a loss :) Very happy.
Give me the strength and determination to work on my dissertation! I just want it to be over!
