Had a really good week! 3 more pounds down and I haven't been able to lose an ounce since the menopause bug struck me a year ago. The strenghth traing my be the key for me . . . I have to force myself to do it, but the effort is starting to pay off.
PLUS I FEEL incredible. Not tired, plenty of energy, I seem to soar thru my days . . . Okay, okay, I'm rambling!
Had a great week!!! Thumbs up for the ABS DIET PLAN!

Week 2 on the Abs diet finds me weighing exactly as much as last week . . .
I think I need to watch my portions and drink more water!

I'm amazed that I can eat this much food and still lose weight . . . I didn't miss any snacks and I ate the meals similar to those outlined in the book. I did NOT skip the 2 weeks of exercises . . . I just did a minimum of repetitions to start out with. I lost 3 pounds this week and I'm already dressed in my exercise gear and ready to start another week. I have tons of energy! I'm becoming an Abs Diet Junky!
