Oops, I tripped
I've been busy recently and didn't exercise or eat like I usually do (thin mints are my weakness) but instead of giving up and feeling guilty, I'm going to pick myself up, dust myself off and continue with my goal. Why focus on the negative (gained 2lbs) when the positive is so much better (loss 6lbs.).After all, I making a life style change, and in life stuff happens. Hey FS crew how do you keep yourself motivated?

exercise
When I start to get bored with my exercise routine I start something new, it helps to keep me motivated and i stay focused on what I want to achieve. I'm boxing and doing yoga, I think I will add a little jogging to my routine...Jus thought I'd shareSmile
