Wednesday I went sorta crazy and ate everything I wanted, then yesterday I balanced it out with 350 calories. Today is Friday and I am on my way to rehab. It is making me really hungry but I'm ahead of it now. I want to see that scale move on Monday.

I made a journal entry but it disappeared. All it said was that my last recorded weight at home was 216 and this morning was 214, so the scale is moving in the right direction.
Also, I did an hour and 20 mins at rehab yesterday on three different machines.

My last recorded wt at rehab was 218. Today it was 215.

1111 cals, 46 fat, 31 fiber, 89 net carbs, 68 protein.
Did not stick to Oz because I ate pinto beans.
I substituted PB2 for the almond butter and ate it with a hundred-calorie pack of almonds. Great snack for 150 cals. That and vegetable broth feels like a meal.
I am not happy when I'm hungry and feel deprived.
Life is too short to be miserable because of food -- either too little or too much.
I think what this is teaching me is how much I want breads, salty carbs, like crackers. Crunch. Gotta have crunch. The 100 pack almonds provide crunch.
Learning a few tricks to starve out the carb demons. I'm "denying flesh" but it doesn't feel like it.
Big lessons.
